Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are freshly baked and dispatched between Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays.
Orders placed before 6PM qualify for next-day delivery (e.g. orders placed before 6PM on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday).
Orders placed after 6PM will be processed and shipped the following shipping day.
Shipping Days
- Nationwide Shipping: Monday – Thursday. We do not ship nationwide on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery Options
- Nationwide Delivery: Next-day delivery service via trusted courier partners.
- Pickup: You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected delivery method.
Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Delays and Damages
Please note that Graced Oven is not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party couriers.
Once your order leaves our premises, it is under the care of the delivery service. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
