At Graced Oven, every loaf and treat is freshly baked with love to ensure you receive only the best quality. Because our products are made-to-order and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if an issue arises.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Please note that Graced Oven is not responsible for damages, delays, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched. We’ll always package your items securely to ensure they reach you in the best condition possible.

Order Cancellations

Once baking or dispatch has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

Pickups

For pickups, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.
We’re unable to offer refunds for missed pickups or failed delivery attempts.
